Well done to our own club players Katyanna O’Connor and Caoimhe Field, and to the Kerry U14 Camogie team and management as they travelled to the National Development Blitz in Abbotstown last Saturday. It was a fantastic opportunity for the girls to represent Kerry with pride, develop their skills, and create brilliant memories. A special highlight was the incredible experience of parading around Croke Park at half-time of the All-Ireland Intermediate Final on Sunday — an unforgettable moment for these young players.
Tralee Parnells Minors got their County League campaign off to a great start this evening with a comprehensive win over Cillard in the ARC. Thanks to Cillard for a sporting game and to Mike Hennessy for refereeing the match. It was a fantastic display of skill across the whole team — well done to all. Thanks also to our jersey sponsor, Acorn Landscaping.
A huge congratulations to our very own Clodagh Culloty, who proudly represented the Munster Rugby U17 Girls at today’s Interprovincial Blitz.
Clodagh crossed the line for a fantastic try on the day, and Munster came away with 3 wins from 4 games — a brilliant achievement!
We are incredibly proud of Clodagh and her rugby achievements, and we look forward to having her back on the camogie pitch soon!
Comhghairdeas to our own senior player Diarmuid Quirke!
It was a proud day for Diarmuid and everyone here in Parnells as he represented Kerry in the M. Donnelly GAA Poc Fada All-Ireland Final in the Cooley Peninsula, Co. Louth, on Bank Holiday Monday.
It was a fantastic achievement for Diarmuid to compete at All-Ireland level and a great honour for himself, his family, his club, and Kerry hurling.
Comhghairdeas, Diarmuid — Parnells Abú!
Well done to Tralee Parnells player Kaela Reidy, who represented her club and family with pride last Saturday in the U15 Development Blitz. Well done to all the Kerry team and management.
We had a beautiful morning for our U8 County Go Games Blitz last Saturday, with a fantastic turnout. A massive thanks to all our players and coaches. Keep practising, lads — some great hurling skills were displayed! Thanks also to the parents, who are doing a terrific job bringing the lads to training, and to Giles O’Grady for organising a brilliant morning of hurling for all the teams.
Tralee Parnells U10s had a great evening of hurling against Abbeydorney last Wednesday. The whole team played very well and showed how hard they have been training and practising at home. Keep up the good work. Thanks to Abbeydorney for a great game, and thanks to all the coaches and parents for your commitment.
