Kerry Senior Hurlers
Commiserations to the Kerry Senior Hurlers, who lost out to Derry by five points on Saturday in the Christy Ring Cup Final. The team can be very proud of their year, which included reaching the final and gaining promotion to Division 1B of the league for 2027.
Also, a special mention to our three lads on the panel: Morgan Madden, Cillian Litchfield, and Diarmuid Quirke, as well as our club representatives on the management team: Ollie Broughton and Mark Ryall (selectors), along with Ciarán Breen and Martin Frawley (stats).

Well done to the Kerry Camogie team, who beat Down in Tralee last weekend by the smallest of margins on a scoreline of 1-6 to 0-10. Next up, the girls make the long trip to Antrim on Saturday the 6th. Best of luck to all involved.

The draw for the County Championship took place last week, with Parnells drawn in Group 3 alongside Crotta and Abbeydorney. Round one is fixed for the weekend of the 19th–21st of June.

Tralee Parnells U15 Boys
Tralee Parnells U15 Boys are heading to Féile 2026. The boys have put in the hard work — now we just need one final push from the community to help get them over the line.
A huge effort is ongoing behind the scenes from players, families, and coaches. Well done to our U14 boys, who had two good wins over both Lixnaw and Kilmoyley in their final rounds of the league last week.

U12 Camogie
A super evening of camogie took place on Friday at Páirc na Darach, where Tralee Parnells hosted matches against visitors AbbeyKilLix and Killarney in an U12 blitz.
There was plenty of game time for all our U12 squad across two matches, ably assisted by some of their U10 clubmates. The many parents on the sidelines were treated to great efforts on the field, good teamwork, and plenty of scores in three entertaining contests.
A big thank you to all the mentors who organised the evening, to Anna Chute who refereed, and to the volunteers in the Parnells Páirc na Darach Meitheal who have been preparing the grounds in recent weeks.

Parnells U12s had their first match in the NK League against Kilmoyley GAA in Caherslee. A wonderful, hard, physical match ensued between two evenly matched teams, with great displays of skill and scoring on both sides. Many thanks to Kilmoyley GAA and to Donnacha Buttimer for refereeing.
